Illogic

If you wish to use that Codex as your axiomatic basis you need to stop argueing since the Occultists would be inclined to use Eris' sacred book in Her pyramid as their axiomatic basis. Thereore, all arguements you pose with that are invalid in an arguement against an Occultist just as an Occultist's arguements base on Eris' most holy of books would be invalid against the Codex. To do so violates logocal methodology.

In addition, you say cannibalism is evil. I cannibalise many people. I am never on deathsight as a killer. I seek out people slain by goblins, Shastaans, etc, and immolate them, even churchies. Along the way I eat their heart. How is this evil? Should I stop immolating people? Since my cannibalistic practices are tied to my generous acts of kindeness it seems that these acts are evil if cannibalism is evil, but clearly immolation is not evil. In addition, they were dead anyway and had no use for that heart at the time; no effect was had on their lives. Therefore, it may be concluded that cannibalism has nothing to do with evil.

Finally, have you studied necromancy? I do not believe you have. How can you make conclusions about something you do not understand? Although I make no claims to be an expert in another guild's knowledge as you seem to be doing, I know for a fact that the Church is not only able to summon evil demons from Hell and can even bring people closer to Hell through visions of the vile most evil of places. Even I lack the power to use such evil to advance my cause. I am only able to reach the Chaos Plane. Surely the evils of Hell, the central source of evil itself, that the Church uses pales in comparison to the alledged evils of a place based on chaos. Therefore, it may be concluded that the Church's powers harness a greater evil than that of a necromancer if the necromancer even uses evil.
