You are wrong on one point there is no skill in telepathy that
allows us to summon into a city, in fact telepathy only works in
the same general location and the only skill we have is travel which is
easily defended. Now if you were to have said that several years ago you
would be correct, as our wrench ability was quite capable of summoning.
