kidnapping

If one were to read between the lines of your whining about
kidnapping, the truth is that you are basically complaining
that your own guild does not have access to some form of
said skill. As it stands, pretty much all of Sapience otherwise
have some form of ability to achieve a kidnapping. Be it convo,
hoist, the oft-neglected (in Ashtanian posts) vortex, and even to
a lesser degree, Telepathy.
So, if you want to whine about it publicly, at least have the gall
to admit the truth, instead of bandying words about. And no, i'm
not a fan of convocation either, which, as most would know, is why
I only ever use it during wartime, and then only when I must (ie.
raiding party in my city).
This raises my second point. War. You and yours declared war on us
for what seems to be a point of convenience. That you may loosen your
strictures and guild rules, by claiming that teaming and other such
is allowable during a state of war. You declared that war remember?
As far as guild skills go, you guys got a damn nice deal, so you missed
out on a kidnapping ability? Boohoo. I'm sure anyone who uses a sword
and has stood chopping away at an infernal forever would agree, my heart
bleeds for you. You can't have everything Mr Lucoster. So, if you want
to kidnap people, perhaps you'd consider giving up vigor and/or
putrefaction as compensation?
On a sidenote - and completely unrelated, I agree with the comment made
about mass salve not lasting long enough. Perhaps those of the Druidic
persuasion could research methods of extending its duration? I'm sure it
would make many people happy...
