My dearest Inquisitor,

I understand that Nuitari is an enemy of Shallam. But wouldn't it
be simpler and more humane to just Convocate him OUT of shallam?
Or perhaps a warning message of some sort, or at least an attempt
to question him on his purpose crossing borders?

Now my dear sir, I wouldn't dream (pardon the pun) of telling you
how to run your city. But in my opinion your methods were a tad
um......extreme.

It would be good P.R. for the church (which is gaining an
"image") and for Shallam, if guardians such as yourself attempted
peaceful means of executing your laws. I mean bloodshed is a bit
over the top. That is of course if Nuitari WAS just in Shallam to
check for possible existing wormholes.
