To everyone who is against killing "innocent" people/creatures
OK, you can all argue about what is or isnt innocent till the cows come home.
In the end... do you really care if they are or not? Only the gods are totally perfect... and unless you're perfect, you have no right to judge anyone. Which is exactly what you're doing by proclaiming someone is or isnt innocent.
So... if one of you proclaim someone guilty of harming an innocent, and punish them for it... I dont want to hear you complaining when someone does the same to you.

Hmmmmm. Isnt that what wars are made from? Hmmmm... 2 sides both convinced they are innocent....wow... what a revelation.
