(Sorry Sinistar, but you know I can't leave this one alone.)
You two are obviously quite young and inexperienced, and as an outcast myself I understand your anger and frustration.
But I would like to just comment on a few things in your collective posts.
First off, Mandrach, ousting Mandrake is Druid business. Not Achaean business. It can be easily done, someone must simply challenge him. It doesn't need to become a public manner.
I don't know if you were or are a Druid, but I can tell you right now, if you were outguilded I can see why.
Phoenyx, what makes you think you have the authority to post other peoples' private business all over the public boards? If you want the world to know your business it's all on you, but keep other people's personal affairs out of it.
Cathor and Irontounge and everyone else are perfectly capable of spreading their own business around.
Secondly, you are ragging on a Goddess for not kicking someone who doesn't like her out of her guild? What sort of Gods do you expect us to have? Would you really want to be a part of a guild that demanded you follow a specific God?
Gods have no need to demand affection, the Goddess in question has plenty of followers. The personal feelings of a mere mortal toward her is certainly not a huge deal. She's a God for crying out loud.
(My apologies if the above words are incorrect or disrespectful in any way.)
Thirdly, the goal of the Druids is not to coddle their members. This is a guild with a purpose. If you stand in the way of that purpose, or hinder that purpose, then you don't need to be there.
Now I don't know all your details (although I unfortunately know the details of a bunch of other peoples' personal lives now thank you.) and perhaps you were unfairly outguilded,
but to come back with the pile of crap you just did leads me (and many others, I would assume) to believe that Mandrake made a wise decision.
It's not a matter of speaking your mind. Logos knows, even he couldn't keep me from doing so without ending my life, it's a matter of being a jerk about it.
You don't need to drag other people into your rants, expecially when said people are perfectly capable of doing their own ranting, and trust me, every single name you mentioned, I know can rant when the mood strikes.
As far as Mandrake goes, I know him and I know his family, and I've known four other Druid GMs in my lifetime. Almost none of them were as bad as people made them out to be. I am sure Mandrake is doing the best he can.
If you don't agree, then find a Druid who is willing and capable of challenging him and keep it off the public board.
Okay, I'm done.
