Your questions

Hello Dream..

As I referred to the villagers of Tasur'Ke as innocent, I thought I
would take a moment to reply to you.

1. The term "innocent" when referring to a victim does not imply that
they have never done an ill deed in their life. It means, in this case,
that the attack on them was unprovoked and unjustified. They are
therefore "innocent" in the attack.

2. One cannot truly know without witnessing the beginning of a
fight how it started. However, one can take into consideration the
past actions of those involved. I have never witnessed a citizen of
Tasur'Ke attacking anyone unprovoked nor have I heard of such an
event. As I have seen several instances of the other person in the
fight attacking, a reasonable judgement can be made unless there is
evidence to prove otherwise.

3. I do not condone the death of someone for attacking an "innocent"
for I feel the punishment, in many cases, is a bit harsh. Although
the argument can certainly be made that the punishment fits the crime,
I feel other avenues should be explored first.

I hope this helps your confusion.
