Due to the overwhelming wish of the Sentinels to leave Hashan, the People of this illustrious city have voted by a landslide to revoke the Sentinel Guild Charter. Know that the Sentinels are no longer a recognized citizen-entity of Hashan. All guild rights and privileges are hereby rescinded.
