I didn't specify the one in Ashtan. There is a place in Shallam and one in El Jazira. Maybe they aren't called orphanages (though I thought the Shallam one was...), but they are close enough. But I think you missed the point of the post. Oh well; no big deal. You can enroll the victoms of the that evil village where ever you like. They'd probably be better of dead than victomized by those evil, guilty villagers so maybe the Ashtan orphanage isn't all that bad an option.
