The Oakstone is not a poltical organization in any way. We have the
capability to declare a person an enemy of the Oakstone, thus the
forests of Achaea, but we only do so for VERY specific reasons.

1) If you are a confirmed overharvester. This being you harvest
below the level of 5 herbs for plants that are perennials, or below
the level of 15 herbs for plants that are annuals. Refer to public
post #4250.

2) You set fire to, exterminate, or in any other way destroy or harm
the FOREST ITSELF. This does not many killing a person. If you kill
me at Wolfhaven, my grove, the Oakstone will take no action. (Hopefully
some other people might be a bit upset, but the Oakstone will do nothing.)

3) Armies which you are responsible for lay claim to forest soil.

Cities such as Ashtan, Shallam, and Hashan reserve the right to brand
you an enemy of their city for their own reasons. This has nothing to
do with the Oakstone, we are not a city. We serve, protect, and defend
the forests of Achaea.
