The past few months have indeed been a strange, chaotic and glorious
time for many in this land. Some have won... some have lost... who
those people are still remains to be seen. A single beating Heart,
the lifeblood, and some say "soul", of all had united each of us in
a common cause. Whether you were for or against it seems to be moot.
In the end, It was destroyed but maybe that was the plan all along.
The ways of the Gods are beyond mortal understanding. From the
ensuing strife between Life and Death, we have gained new races in
this land and a chance to reincarnate and reinvent ourselves. We
have also lost a God. Deucalion gave Himself so that we would not
die. Although I never spoke with Him, He was a God nonetheless and
His passing will be truly missed by many in this land. I
offer to Him my sincerest gratitude for His ultimate sacrifice to all
mortals.
