As has been stated in the past, the Occultists guild rarely comes
together except in times when our sacred task of protecting arcane and
estoeric knowledge is threatened. I regret to say that now such a time
has come. Morpheus has betrayed the Occultists Guild and has purloined
certain items and tomes which we want back. Morpheus is to be considered
an enemy of the Occultists Guild (which we are all coming together in
this case) and anyone caught aiding or abetting Morpheus will likewise
be considered a guild enemy.

In my role as Overseer of the Kharon Empire, I also must regretably say
that Morpheus has rejected the Kharon Empire and attacked me in Ashtan.
He is also to be considered an enemy of the Kharon Empire and any loyal
imperial Kharon, Occultist or other member is requested to bring this
fugitive to justice.
