death

Dearest Element,

I worry for your mental health. Perhaps your sorties into the
Unknown have taken their payment from your mind as well.
I do not doubt that you face death every day. I do not doubt
that you have no fear of it. But surely you understand the
value of life. Is there no person in the realm that you hold
dear? Is there no person that you love? Your mother?
Your comrade in arms? Your lover? Would you ask
any of these same people to make the same sacrifice
you would. You must realize, Element, that what you
seek to summon will effect not only you but everyone int
the land. I have yet to poll a divine oppinion of what may
happen if the Pox God were to be risen, but the general
consensus of the Pantheon is that it will be rather bad for
us mortals. (I have also learned that he is a rather dull god
and for that reason was rarely invited to godly parties). I
recognize in you a wonderful inteligence but it is overshadowed
by a zeal for your own personal gain, an ultimate experience in
this case. I would ask you to step back and look at what you and
your fellow zealots may be dooming all of Sapience to. Also, I
noticed that you speak of reincarnation. If life cannot exist, there
would be little for you to be reincarnated as.

The Sight council me,
Augur Fetzer

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Ero, in the year 241 AF.
