In accord with the sense of honour and fairness that Hashan esposuses,
and as a sign of the regard in which we hold our own, even as our enemies
attempt to plot our unjust ruin and overthrow, know this:
No follower of the Order of Aegis who is a citizen of Hashan or a member
of one of its citizen-guilds shall be harmed as a result of the hostilities
directed at us by the Divine Aegis, unless he or she seeks to harm the City
or its citizens.
