the noble Ryvern

Written by: the Sinistar

Addressed to: Adept Infernal Raajin, Knight of the Iron Citadel

Just as you, I too have held some paladins in high esteem as they seemed to be a level above the teaming ambushing convocating cowardly filth that the paladins guild seems to be predominated by. Ryvern has always been one of them. Imagine my surprise when he and Cooper showed up one day to pay a surprise visit. I admit freely that I no longer show Dalamar or Cooper any respect or chivalry, they do not deserve such an effort from me. But I have always given Ryvern the benefit of the doubt. Why he would even consider teaming up with a theiving, lying, bragging, ex-Infernal puke like Cooper is a shocking surprise to me. My point being, dont give him more credit than he is due.

Warmaster, Kay, Verlaine, and Ryvern are certainly my pick of the more active paladins, but each of them has shown himself to be --- well, quite normal for a paladin, at times when a chivalrous knight was called for. Let us not lift them to a pedestal so high they get a nose bleed.

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Aeguary, in the year 241 AF.
