All joking aside, there is a legitamate claim, there. Anyone who
has paid Shanugis a visit has seen that he engages in certain amoral
activities, involving young women and forced sexual acts. It does
not excuse people who go there to kill the people of Shastaan,
the same people who usually only kill the servant girls, rather
than Shanugis.

However, the Church has not directly stepped forth and said that
they are against what Shanugis does to these young women, and in
fact, have only become more zealous in the defense of the village.
I would think that the Church would perhaps set forth their policy
just to clear up any suspicions, however unjust they may be, that
have been leveled against Handel.
