The Application of Theological Theory

Recently, a Shallamese man for whom I hold great respect suggested to me that I had nae sufficiently considered both sides of the proverbial coin before pledging my sword to my chosen service. As amusing as this notion initially was to me, it is something I've given more and more thought to over a course of time.

In the interest of testing this theory, I am seeking a member of the Basilica with whom to open a private dialogue, that I might compare my beliefs of what the Church represents with the perceptions of one who is dedicated to its service.

To that end, I would request a message or letter from any Church member well-educated in the history, ideals, and goals of the Church whom would be interested in sincere, forthright, intelligent theological discussion and debate.

(Not so fast, Thalen -- read the last four lines again.)
