You stated in one of your scrolls that unless Cooper had been
secretly excommunicated, that you didn't see the revelance of
him stating he is a rogue.

This is just to state to all. If someone is excommunicated,
it is the business of the Church. We won't declare it to the
realm, we won't run around waving signs for all to see. If he
is or isn't is our deicision and ours alone.
