My foolishness

My Lady,
I should like to apologise to you for my emotional reaction to a rumor.
I was told that you had commanded someone to kill me and I should have thought about it and realized that this was completely rediculous before I allowed myself to act.
I am but a mortal, and certainly not of enough importance for You to trouble yourself with my doings.
And if You were to punish me, You certainly wouldn't waste time with an assassin, as you are perfectly capable of inflicting upon me many worse punishments than death.
I am deeply sorry that I unwittingly spoke untruths about you causing your name to be besmirched.
I shall never speak another word unless I am certain I speak the truth. This I swear my Lady, upon my Aalen home.
Humbly,
Cynne Ravenwind
