Tarkun, Isildur and Mausolus

Written by: Overseer Servelan de Vermiis

I think it is plainly obvious that Tarkun and Isildur hold a blood
feud as well as Mausolus and Tarkun hold a blood feud. The Empire
recognizes blood feuds, which means that until the parties can work
out some sort of reconciliation amongst themselves, they are free to
resolve their differences with lethal force anywhere in Achaea, including
Ashtan. No imperial forces will interefere. Trying to inflate personal
blood feuds beyond personal animosity (ie, a guild war or gang war, etc.)
is not only pathetic but will be frowned upon by the Empire.

My best wishes go out to these gentlemen in their upcoming confrontations
with each other. Happy hunting!

The Overseer
Penned by my hand on the 10th of Chronos, in the year 185 AF.
