We do not know who is responsible for damaging several forest locations throughout Achaea, as well as other spots where different plants flourish. I have spoken with Morlana of this, since the Occultist guild does have the ability to damage the plant life directly. She has give me her word that she will make a post to her guild warning against using this ability. She will punish anyone who is caught doing this, and for a second offense, will remove them from her guild.

The Oakstone Council and the Sentinel guild will also punish anyone caught using this horrid ability, though the punishment shall be....a bit more direct.

If you have further concerns on this topic, please address them to me, or another Hierophant of the Oakstone Council, and not to Morlana. She has been most cooperative on this issue.
