I would like to publically apologize to everyone for failing to do
as I promised I would. I was asked to organize a meeting to help
clarify the terms of the treaty to prevent its continued use as a
tool of conflict rather than peace. I had every intention of doing
so but unfortunately matters have kept me detained for much of the
time since Logosmas. It pains my heart deeply to see what has been
the result of this. Please forgive me.
