a brief note about the end of the treaty

The treaty is over. We are a guild of soldiers. From this day on, we will be out and active. This treaty has held all of us back (excepting of course a few church members), but it does so no more.
Do not bother screeching to me about somebody killed somebody else. I do not have time to read it. If you have a problem with one of my men, then talk to him about it. And as for you irreverent church members who like to hang about at North of Thera, or outside our city gates in groups of 3,4 or 5, expect us to visit you.
To those of you who feel that the Infernals are not towing the line
When any body of people reaches a certain ceiling, its quality goes down. This includes politicians, guilds, cooks, architects, or even Infernals. We are now at the point which, bigger is not better. We have high ideals, and most of us bust our chops to keep them. One or two do not, and they seem to catch a lot of public attention.
Perhaps our guild has fallen into a slump. If so, I blame myself. Cooper, Skai and the like, offer their challenges to us as if we are trained dogs to come and play with them when they are bored, and then they cheat just to make sure they get the point across.
No more.
We are not here to entertain you. Nor are we here to feed the irreverent fellows with offerings to their Gods. We, the Infernals are enjoying a bit of spring cleaning. Within our guild and without. The best days are yet to come.
