I am hereby offering a private house in Ashtan for the bargain sum of
7000 sovereigns. The house must be at least four rooms and can be no more
than eight. You must write the locations yourself but can pick the location
of the house within reason (a house costing so little would simply not
be accepted in the Accron overlook, for instance, where the Merchant Lords dwell).
Whoever can give me 7k first will get the house.
