I post this as Aide to the Ambassador of Hashan, being given
authority and direction to make this anouncement by the government
of Hashan.

Given the vituperation seen in the public news by both sides after
we voiced our dismay over the failure of the parties to the treaty
to meet its purpose, it is apparent that the spirit of the treaty
has been trampled into meaningless rubbish.

Hashan hearby removes herself from the above mentioned treaty.
