The *$&# Treaty

Greetings all. Now, far be it from me to tell anyone what they should do, but this is just my humble opinion.
This Treaty was set forth for a number of reasons. Not the least of which was to ensure that the powers that be had a system of checks and balances on one another when it came to having people enemied from their respective cities.
Now, I've not been in the realm too terribly long, but here's what I have seen. I've seen this treaty turn from a well-intentioned document into just another excuse and written instructions as to how to make someone mad at another person. It seems to me that the best thing that could posibly happen here is either to dump the treaty all together or to have it rewriten. Even Lord Twilight went so far as to stick out His own holy neck and offer himself as a mediator in this process.
My dear friends and fellow Achaeans, take just a moment right now to ask yourself this question. "Am I or is anyone really better off for having this treaty?" I think that, in the end, you'll agree with the majority who say "No". Consider it my friends, I think that Achaea would be a better place for us all in the end.
May your wars be plentiful (though not thru some piece of paper that says you have to), and may darkness follow you.
Taipan NeoKove.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Glacian, in the year 238 AF.
