I post this as Aide to the Ambassador of Hashan, being given
authority and direction to make this anouncement by the government
of Hashan.

Due to the the seemingly blatant disregard by other signatories, for
the intent of the treaty, Hashan will withdraw from the treaty, if
its intent is not met by ALL parties involved. More and more these
issues are shaping up to be the private war of Ashtan and the
Church, with Hashan caught in the middle, beseiged with illegal
shrines and murderous acts on her doorstep.

If none of the other parties takes immediate steps to honour the
intent of the treaty, Hashan shall remove itself from said treaty.
An agreement honored by none is pointless and a waste of parchment.
Will the treaty be honored, or not?

Hashan awaits knowledge of the clear intent of the other parties.
