Father Burstwurst

Written by: Overseer Servelan de Vermiis

Today, we have granted Father Burstwurst limited clemency to visit
Ashtan. This temporary grant of clemency is magnanimously made because
we recognize that Father Burstwurst has been out of contact in his
travels and was not present during the founding of the Empire. We
hope that Father Burstwurst, who is known to be a more reasonable
member of the Church, might spearhead an internal movement within
the Church to remove the shrines in and around Ashtan as well as
to curb the alarming spread of shrines in general. As I write this
news report now, Father Burstwurst is aiding loyal Kharon in a
battle against the mhun in Moghedu at the location of the Moghedu
shrine. We can only hope this action is indicative of Father
Burstwurst's support of Imperial rule and his rejection of Church
influence in Moghedu and Ashtan. We encourage Father
Burstwurst and other like-minded Church members who wish
for peace to convince the Church policymakers to remove the
shrines and embrace the Empire

The Overseer
Penned by my hand on the 1st of Aeguary, in the year 185 AF.
