The treaty, Dalamar, and undoubtably other ramblings

Hello everyone..

I was a bit disheartened to return from a short journey to much upset
on the boards regarding the treaty. I will endeavor to gather together
the correct parties to attempt to clarify its ambiguities. Hopefully
this will clear some of these issues currently plaguing our land and
filling this board.

Also.. I am confused as to what and who designated Dalamar as the
"enforcer of the treaty"? Naturally I am pleased with anyone who
works for upholding it, but he seems to break it one moment and use
it to condemn another the next moment... whichever is most convenient.
I may be wrong in this and if I am, I humbly apologize. This is the way
it appears to me, however.

As a side note, Onikage, I respect your Patron, Aegis, and your right
to your views. However, peace is not so lost as you might think.

May Oneiros grant you all his peace...
