Dalamar is not a Church Member. He is not excommunicated
as we hold hope that he is not a lost cause. He has
faith, which is proven by his retention of devotional
powers. Should he ever forswear that faith, by acting
in a fashion which contravenes this faithfulness (see
recent history of said excommunicated persons), then he
too shall walk the path of the faithless.

The fact is, he may still have faith, but he is no longer
a Church member. We take no responsibility for him, nor
grant him our benedictions. He has chosen to walk his
path alone, do not seek to implicate us. It has been
publicly mentioned previously, by Church officials, that
he is not a Church member, as it seems not to have
penetrated, I will reiterate that for you:

Dalamar is not a member of the Church.

Treaties may be open to interpretation, but cold hard
facts like this, are not.
