First of all, public warning to Erik. He has defiled the Shrine at the Gate of Shallam. To my knowledge this is warning number one. There you have it.

Secondly I would like to address those that misunderstand some of the specifics in this Treaty. Certain terms and topics are being looked at in whatever light might possibly gain advantage to those that seek to distort it. You saw the subject of convocation in strictly literal terms, and you should look at the rest of the document in the same way.
Mistral suggests that because Ashtan has no agreement with Shanugis that the Shrines in the Shastaan village are not protected. As stated in the Treaty we of the Church may erect as many Shrines south of the southern tip of Thera. And, any Shrine in that area is free of defilement under pain of punishment. That punishment being 2 warnings, then enemying of the each City.
Therefore, defiling in the Shastaan village, as it is south of the southern tip of Thera violates this and the defiler is due the punishment promised. If you would look at your maps of the land you would notice that all areas that seem to be under controversy are indeed in the Protected sections of the Treaty. Shallam has upheld it's part of the Treaty. Those that have broken the Treaty were always punished as stated.
Seeing as Mistral and Halo (Archons of Ashtan) misunderstand the Treaty, Shallam would be glad to arrange tutors for them. The Archons, and whichever citizens are also unable to comprehend it will even be taken on a tour of Achaea to show what is where.
Isamu, we can provide you a private tutor, since it seems you have the most difficulty. We don't wish anyone to be in the dark over this. I add Halo and Isamu because they have been proven to defile in the protected area. Halo's account was also verified to me by one of the Divine.

I do hope this clears it up for you. Any further misunderstandings will give rise to another post from me. You can decide which is more important, understanding the Treaty and in turn me being quiet, or the reverse.
Rezzo

Penned by my hand on the 17th of Lupar, in the year 237 AF.
