Hiya

Here's my post about the treaty and all this other stuff that's been going on

Dalamar was enemied for convocating. That is clearly against the treaty and I"m not even going to get into it

However there are some other people who have broken the Treaty. Here are a few quotes from it (post 3264)

The Church may erect as many shrines as it pleases in the regions south of the southern tip of Thera

Any individual or individuals who defile any shrine in the areas agreed as inviolate shall receive 2 warnings...

Now there is a shrine that is placed at "Prelatorian highway through grasslands. (road)". This shrine is very close to Delos and is definetly south of the Southern tip of Thera, so it is in an Inviolate region. It has very recently been checked and this message has come up-"You commune with the shrine and discover that Halo was that last to defile it". Now just so another argument isn't started, this shrine was checked by many other people, besides Dalamar, who have the ability.

Now for the issue of people saying "He defiled it before the treaty". I'm an not 100% sure on this because I have gotten very varying answers on this, but for the most part people say that this resets every Achaean year. Since the treaty was signed over 2 Achaean years ago, one is led to believe that Halo has defiled after the signing of the treaty.

Another issue that has come up. People who say "He gets 2 warnings". First of all this warning stuff is just BS. Everyone knows that defiling in the valid areas was against the treaties. However Halo was still givin many many warnings and definetly more than 2, and has therefore broken the treaty.

Dalamar is currently re-enemied from Shallam and will stay that way for a while to show that Shallam will hold it's end of the deal. I hope that Ashtan will do the same.

Another little side note. I really don't want to see some posts in the next day that say "oh, well he never saw the treaty so it doesn't apply to him", or something like that

And yet another thing. Believe me Halo is not the only one just the most convient example I could pull up. If you want, I can show you others who have done the same as Halo.

And the Final thing I have to say. This is adressed to Napoloen. Isn't it odd how I'm deemed "Incompetent" as soon as I say that many of your citizens have broken the treaty, and should be enemied. Hmm. What amazing timing.
