Yet we all are united under the "This treaty is crap" flag

Dalamar, perhaps you feel that "This treaty is crap", but do not
surmise that each and every inhabitant of Achaea agrees with you.
The treaty that was written was meant to assist everyone. Treaties
do not have differing views, as you seem to wish they did. They are
to the point. A treaty is an agreement made between two or more
parties to settle a problem.
You spoke of banishing the skills of all other guilds? Doppleganger,
Wormholes, etc. Yet, when your city leaders agreed upon no convocations
you could not hold true to that? How do you begin to think that you
can change anything? What was agreed upon benefitted everyone mutually.
The Church benefitted by shrines not being defiled as often, and that
came to pass. Ashtan benefited by no convocations. It was an agreement
settled between everyone, it needs no ammendments, it needs no changes.

The only thing I have to say is that I feel sorrow for Mical, and all
of the Shallamites that actually do care for their causes. For it is
those that break such political deals, those that care so little for
their brethren, that ruin it for everyone.

Dekkar took it upon himself to call a meeting with representatives of
Ashtan. He appointed himself sole representative for each an every
citizen. Thalen decided to make himself the representative of the
Church. In this meeting you, all three of you, mentioned something
one time or another, about wanting to abolish the treaty. The only
people that are breaking their words, are the three of you. By trying
to pass judgement on what your city wanted, when none of you have any
authority, you have caused a mutiny, an open revolt against lawful
authority. There is no other word for it. What was done hurt the
whole of the Church, and Shallam. I only hope problems such as this
can be mended.

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Scarlatan, in the year 237 AF.
