As Galahad is a friend of mine, who has on numerous occassions joined
me in battling the mhun in Moghedu and villagers in Tomoculus, it is
thus with great reluctance that I must brand him an enemy of the Empire.
When someone is an enemy of the Empire, Imperial forces are given a
free hand to execute such person anywhere in the land. Although I
seriously doubt that any sane person would be foolhardy enough to
join Galahad in his resistance movement, it should be noted that any
person who openly declares support or is found out to be in league
with Galahad in this movement will also be branded an enemy of
the Empire.

On a more upbeat note, I am pleased to report that the Empire is
flourishing and I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who
has participated in the mentoring program which is designed to help
the young and inexperienced. Again, if you are interested in being
a mentor or receiving help from a more experienced citizen, please
message me. As there are so many young persons in the Empire
now, I fear that they may be at risk from Galahad in his zeal to
punish the law abiding good Imperial citizens. Therefore, I hope
more mentors will enlist in this popular Imperial program to help
the Empire protect its youth.
