Righteousness and other issues

Sinistar,

You state in post 3377 that Valor and Raajin have spoken well for the guild. Are their words accurate reflections of your guild and its beliefs? If so, perhaps you can make a few things clear to me, unless, you truly feel that that offending a God "does not matter" as you also said in your post.

In post 3368 of the Public Record, Infernal Raajin, Knight of the Iron Citadel states:

1) "We, of the Iron Citadel, seek only to "cull the herd" of those who are nae worthy of the blessing of life, granted by The Logos. We are not the judges of this standard -- merely the instruments of its execution."

In this statement, Raajin implies that "life" is a "blessing" that is "granted" by the Logos. So, does your guild commit itself to removing the blessings of the Logos upon Achaea? If so, I am confused as to how such a removal of blessing benefits the lands. Now, Raajin does state that such a blessing is only removed from those who are not worthy of that blessing and that "we (the Infernals, I assume) are not the judges of this standard". Might I ask then, who is? Does the Logos Himself tell you who is not worthy of His "Blessing of Life"? If so, why do you say you serve Sartan? If you do not recieve knowledge of judgement from Sarapis, how can you be so presumptuous as to think to know who the Logos believe worthy of life or not. IF the Logos found someone unworthy of life, do you think he would need your help removing that "blessing"? And, if indeed, something has life, and it is not worthy of it, do you imply that the Logos was mistaken in granting such a blessing to begin with? That you are aroun

2) "The term used for those of our ilk is "evil". I revel in this title of "Evil". Evil is strength. Evil is righteousness. Evil is the path that leads to greatness. And when all men are Great, *then* and *only then* will there be a true peace within Achaea. A peace that is based upon the mutual respect between one Great man and another -- nae a peace that is based upon protection of the weak and insane, upon the popular perception of "fairness" and "right".

Well, if the Infernals are EVIL and "Evil is Righteousness" and I am the GOD of RIGHTEOUSNESS, then I suppose that the Infernals serve ME then? Would you agree, Sinistar? Perhaps you would like to turn over patronage of the Infernals to me and I shall show you what is "right"? Do you still then think Raajin has "spoken well for the guild"? If so I shall expect patronage of the "righteous" Infenrals to be turned over to me immediately. If not, I expect that you shall publicly rescind your approval of such indiscriminate and unenlightened statements.

Unless, that is, you truly stand behind your words in post 3377 - "Perhaps we will offend a God, or a guild master somewhere. Perhaps the God will strike us down. It does not matter." And if indeed, it does not matter, then I wonder how that meshes with your CODE, which Raajin also speaks of, which states (Public Post #2700) under the heading RELIGION: "At the same time, respect all Gods, including those of Chaos, and those of Goodness and Light. It is their collective divine benevolence that allows us to live our lives in Achaea, and disrespect to any of them will not be tolerated." or in the same document under the fourth point of your own code "PIETY: Honour the Deities of Achaea at all times."?

If indeed one of the Infernals was to think offending a God of Achaea was "no matter"- according to your code, such behavior is "not tolerated" - How then, shall you, Sinistar, as the Infernals' Guild Master deal with such an "intolerable" statement?
