It seems my point couldn't have been more and better clarified than by your post. As Sinistar pointed out (and perhaps rightly so) the elders should help the younger find their way in life. It appears teaching how to debate belongs to that task. Your post added absolutely nothing to the debate, you merely read a few words and returned them to the speaker. This is usually called provoking.

Usually it also pisses many people off because it wastes their time.

The newsboard isn't the place for name-calling or for cheap insults. If you disagree with someone's words counter them with sound reasoning, if you feel insulted defend your honour in a dual, wether that be with the blades, riddle or quest.
