purity

I guess I'll throw in my ideas on the subject of purity.
I believe that every person has a path laid out before them. One's path lies in the Light. Another's path follows the way of Darkness. And though they be brothers, the one cannot be pure no matter how Evil he tries to be. And the other cannot be pure no matter how good he tries to be.
Sometimes we simple mortals get set in our paths and cannot see that others are not to follow us on our journey from the cradle to the grave. We should take our examples from those who most graciously guide us. Twilight does not constantly complain that the day is too long, nor does Aurora complain that night is too dark. Deucalion does not go on and on about how He wishes that Sartan would not be Evil. Nor does Sartan post in this forum about Deucalion's ulterior motives (I do not mean to imply Deucalion has any ulterior motives, but am using that as an example only).
If the Divinities feel that their realm is threatened, they will take action. It is we who live on this continent of Sapience who must find fault with each other. We cause the wars and the Gods guide us back to peace. But I only have one question to pose to everyone on all sides.....If there was no Light, would know that you were walking in Darkness? And without the Darkness could you know the joy of the Light?
We are all responible for our own paths. I am finding mine, and I hope you find yours.
