may formally and publicly rid your city of the treaty breaking
filth it harbours now. Dalamar has broken the convocation term of
the treaty (laid out in post 3264) three times now, against
Element once (at which point you assured me Dalamar was warned),
and Vexlore twice. According to the treaty, Dalamar should now
be enemied in Ashtan, Hashan, and Shallam, as also stated by you
on post 3275. Your Minister of Security, Dekkar, publicly defied
the treaty by stating that he would not see this treaty enforced.
I know you are wise, make the right decision and relieve Dekkar of
his station, so that Shallam may be free of its treaty breaking
tradition.
