Treaty writing

Not even a single month has elapsed since the signing of the treaty and already confusion is the result. This serves to point out the incomplete manner in which certain aspects of the treaty were considered. I refer to the provision re convocation. Yes, it clearly states that convocation is not to be performed without permission...(Permission?? Has anyone ever agreed to be convo'd?), but doesnt state what punishment is to be meted out for the breaker of this provision. Additionally, there are many other methods of summoning available to the many guilds in Achaea, as well as brazier, which is available to all. What about these? In any case, let the negotiators go back to the table and hammer out loud and clear policies re convocation, and perhaps the others as well, and post them as an addendum to the treaty. Clarity is much to be desired in instruments between states, after all. Consider too that, with Gijan's post noted, the treaty is mainly an instrument of peace meant to halt hostilities between the warri
