The following terms are intended to govern the cessation
of the recent hostilities between Ashtan, Shallam, and
the Church.
These terms were agreed to by representatives of the
three city-states of Sapience and the church, and witnessed
by the Lord Twilight.
These terms shall remain in effect until the implementation
of the new system regarding shrines to be effected by the
Divine Logos.
Know then, that on 25 Valnuary, 235 AF, in conference
mediated by Lord Twilight and attended by Napoloen of Ashtan,
Mistral of Ashtan, Maran of Shallam, Pierce of Shallam
(representing the Church), and Elentari of Hashan, the
following points were agreed to:
1. The Church may erect as many shrines as it pleases in the
regions south of the southern tip of Thera.
2. The Church may erect two shrines in Azdun. One of the
Azdun shrines shall be located in the Hall of Many Pillars.
The other shall be located at the Junction of Corridors.
3. The shrines referenced in 1 and 2 above, shall be free
of defilement under pain of punishment, discussed below.
4. There shall be no convocations without agreement of
the subject of the convocation.
5. No shrines shall be erected north of the southern tip of
Thera.
6. No shrines shall be erected in the area from North of Thera
to the Flame.
7. Existing shrines in these areas shall be taken down.
8. Anyone erecting shrines in the proscribed areas shall
do so under pain of punishment, discussed below.
9. Any individual or individuals who defile any shrine
in the areas agreed as inviolate shall receive 2 warnings.
Subsequent violation will be punished by the imposition of
enemy status by the signatories to this agreement.
10. Any individual or individuals recting shrines in the
areas proscribed by the agreement shall receive 1 warning.
Subsequent infraction shall be dealt with by the imposition
of enemy status by the signatories to this agreement.
11. This agreement becomes null and void upon implementation
of the new system of shrines promised by Sarapis.
