My apologies, Sinistar, but you misunderstand the nature
of that which I am to post. I am not the author of any
treaty. No decisions are mine to make for any other than
Hashan and the Serpentlords. I shall merely be relating
those points agreed to in concert with other city leaders
and the Church, for a limited period of time.
