It has been agreed, and I appologize to all not present, but this had to be done hastily because of the timeframe of what is being discussed, that we will adhere to the following for the duration of an armastice that has been extended till sunday.
1. There will be no defiling and no sanctifying of shrines North of Delos until the discussions.
2. There will be no defiling of shrines in or South of Delos until the discussions.
3. No new shrines will be errected North of Delos until the negotiations.
4. We will stop killing each other.
I ask you all, in a spirit of goodwill, to abide by these rules so that these negotiations can procede smoothly. Rather than take action into your own hands, report problems to others so that action may be taken to remedy them peacebly.
As this only covers a very short time, I ask again that we all try and live through this time as peacefully as possible.
