our methods of teaching

You say that the way we like to teach others is through violence. Such isn't the case. Violence is a last resort, and not something we 'enjoy' doing. I'm sure someone will choose to reply to this statement by ranting and raving about how many people we kill and how bloodlusted we are, but the fact remains
excluding war, the Church tends to try to talk problems out before moving to violence, with exceptions being severe repeat offenders. Herein lies another thing you will reply about, my saying 'offenders.' Is the Church the 'law' of Sapience? No. The Church has merely sworn to protect the lives of the innocent, and I use offender as a way to refer to those who jeapordize the safety of innocents.
Now, as far as killing being hate, that can be true in some cases. Someone who walks into a village, Perrin, and slaughters several defenseless women could be classified as murder. When a brave warrior comes to slay that murderer and end the butchering that is taking place, that tends to be classified as justice. And justice is _not_ a hate crime.

Everyone has feelings of hate, however some of us have in us the power of the Light, which lets us overcome that petty emotion.

May Aurora bless you all,
Sir Tylin, Spirit of the Dragon

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Sarapin, in the year 235 AF.
