Knowledge

For people such as yourself Servelan, who claims to strive to gain
knowledge of history and the land as we know it, I find it surprising
that you have such limited knowledge of the Church, which you personally
wish to gain all information on (or just make it up, as is so often the
case with you) so that you can bring it's downfall.

We have no skills to bring about the degredation of shrines and we have
no way of removing them. The fact that you find harmless shrines which
have no real power of their own a threat is insulting. The shrines are
not just there for the Church guilds to worship at, they are there for
everybody to enjoy and aide them in their silent prayers to the Gods.

And a final note to Laergon: I believe it has been established for QUITE
some time that it is impossible to sacrifice sentient beings on a shrine
as anything with a spark of intelligence could simply walk away. (Don't
worry Laergon, I think you JUST pass the intelligence test, ahead of
the ashtan rats).

Sir Gawain, for the preservation of Knowledge.
Penned by my hand on the 6th of Valnuary, in the year 184 AF.
