Ok...here we go.
Tired of having to explain the Roses to everyone I wanted to join, I thought that I could save time by posting the story
The Roses is an organisation set up by myself and Gunthar, in order to help provide newbies with a good start in Achaea. Once our newbies rise in might, they will also rise in their title. The titles are both to give our newbies a sense of belonging, and an easy way to denote status.
The key to the Roses is that the organisation spans 6 guilds: Paladins, Priests, Druids, Sentaari, Sentinals and Serpentlords. There is, for each guild, one founder member, or Golden Rose. We currently have 3 of these members, but would like: A sentinal, Sentaari and Serpentlord to join.
the organisation is WHOLLY neutral, and will reject no newbie.
The title crystal rose is given to those who lead the organisation, but bow to the ultimate authority of the golden Roses.
the Newbie's titles are, in rank order, lowest to highest,
Steel Rose
Budding Rose
Rose in Bloom
flowering Rose
And, finally, Champion of the Roses
Although our initial intention is to help newbies, once these newbies become strong, we will reassess our goals, and expand our ideas. If anyone wishes to be involved, in whatever capacity, be it as a Steel, crytstal, or one of the 3 remaining golden roses, please MSG either Gunthar or myself.
