Today we have taken the first step to peace, an Armistice has been declared, to last
until the 12th of Miraman. The terms are:

1.) The immediate cessation of all hostilities, including, but not limited to,
convocations, deliverance, and hoisting. Furthermore no shrines or wormholes are to
be used for offensive purposes, including (but not limited to) vortexing and pilgrimaging.
Personal combat is an exception to this rule.

2.) As a show of goodwill to the Church, 2 shrines will be erected in Delos one on
the Delosian bridge and one in the Delosian guard quarters, neither of which may
affect the Matsuhama Arena itself. For the duration of the Armistice these shrines
will not be defiled by all agreeing parties.
3.) The Armistice is to last until the 12th of Miraman, unless repudiated by any
of the agreeing parties via news announcement. On the 12th of Miraman, another
meeting will be held, to forge a lasting Peace.
This Armistice has been witnessed by Gaia, and has been agreed to by the following:
Pierce
Gabriel
Perseus
Irontounge
Halo
Element
Mistral
Malaclypse
Skarash

All warring parties were represented, and have all agreed to peace.

Furthermore this was witnessed by every major guild and society in Sapience,
all of whose opinions were solicited. These people were:

Mysti
Galdrion
Drakul
Mandrake

The only guild not represented were the Sentaari who had no senior members at
the time of negotiations, and are invited nonetheless, to treaty negotiations
to be held on the 12th Miraman.
Enforcement will be left to the individual guilds and cities at this time.
We have taken the first step towards lasting peace, let it not be the last.
