Infernal Code of Honour states that we always challenge the opponent before we attack them. Sarapis spoke to me, stating we do not show this policy towards Shastaanites, when we murder the women of the village. Therefore, with the power vested upon me as guild secretary, that:

- All Shastaanites are hereby declared challenged by the Infernal Knights, and will be slain on sight whenever we please.
- The crime is extreme weakness, hindrance of greatness pursued by mortals, and a dominion of the Church, enemy of the Infernals.
- If any Shastaanites wish to continue to live, run and seek sanctuary inside the walls of Shallam, or otherwise perish.
