Sinistar and the ruling council of Ashtan asked me to meet with them
to discuss shrines being placed in the forest as I was the only
Hierophant around at the time. As you said, Ashtan doesn't have a large
population of Church members, so I didn't expect them to know that
we had an existing treaty.
