Greetings Achaeans,

As Overseer of Ashtan, by the powers bestowed upon me by the Citizens of Ashtan I declare that the treaty made on post 2016 to be null and void. Furthermore the city of Ashtan demands that a new deal be struck with the Church.

Our Terms are as follows:

1) No Shrines are to be erected near or within the Forests, Ashtan, Azdun, Delos, Hashan, Moghedu, Oasis, and Tomacula.

2) Areas not covered by the first term are restricted to only ONE shrine in the entire area.

However these shrines are free game to sanctifying and defilement with no consequences from either side.

3) Shallam is allowed to construct as many shrines as they want within their city walls.

4) The entire stretch of the Highway counts as one area, however no shrine may be placed North of Delos along the highway.

These our the terms of our new treaty, the city of Shallam is given 2 achaean months to approve it or war shall occur.
