I think you'll find that the Church Laws and the Kharon 'laws' are rather
different. The Church is there to keep the Peace and seek Justice for
the victims of murder and theft. The Kharon 'laws' dictate that half
the guilds in the land are outlaws and should be murdered. In fact, morpheus
just slaughtered a very young priest. If you truly are a neutral guild, i'd
be thinking how much power you really want the Occultists to have in the land.
